It has a Geissele 42 recoil spring with the H2 buffer as well as a rearden 3 prong plan B mount muzzle device, Magpul EPK ambi safety, and a JP trigger spring kit on the PNT trigger. It's a great running rifle with high quality parts. For the right price, I can also include the Primary Arms SLx Microprism, that works like a micro ACOG and has an ADM mount.
