NEED HELP WITH ACCOUNT Listing ID: 3091522

I’ve been a member here for over 10 years but recently my password wouldn’t work so had to change it and had a hard time doing that. Now I can post but when I try to contact a seller it tells me to log in when I’m already logged in. Anybody know how to correct this?
